Dear Esteemed Stakeholder,

The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy has completed the review of fuel prices for January 2026 and hereby notifies the public of its decision as follows:

That the Ministry recorded:

1.       an over-recovery of 42.51 cents per litre for petrol

2.       an over-recovery of 8.66 cents per litre for 50ppm diesel

3.       an over-recovery of 18.37 cents per litre for 10ppm diesel

Therefore, the Ministry hereby announces that:

• The prices of petrol and both diesel variants (diesel 50ppm and diesel 10ppm) will remain unchanged.

• In Walvis Bay, the prices of fuel will remain at N$20.58 per litre for petrol, N$20.13 per litre for diesel 50ppm, and N$20.23 per litre for diesel 10ppm.
