Dear Esteemed Stakeholder,

The Ministry would like to communicate its October 2025 fuel price review decision as follows:

That the Ministry recorded:

1.       under-recoveries of 10.37 cents per litre for petrol

2.       under-recoveries of 52.91 cents per litre for 50ppm diesel

3.       under-recoveries of 44.85 cents per litre for 10ppm diesel

Therefore, the Ministry is hereby announcing that:

• The prices of petrol and both diesel variants (diesel 50ppm and diesel 10ppm) will remain unchanged.

• In Walvis Bay, the prices will remain N$20.37 per litre for petrol, N$19.92 per litre for diesel 50ppm, and N$20.02 per litre for diesel 10ppm.

• The National Energy Fund will absorb all under-recoveries.
