The Government of the Republic of Namibia represented by the Minister of Mines and Energy, Honourable Tom Alweendo signed a Memorandum of understanding(MOU) with the State of Qatar Energy, the state-owned corporation which operates all oil and gas activities in the State of Qatar, 16 April 2023.
