Tenders are hereby invited from competent, qualified, reputable and experienced consultant(s) for the service contract:

“SCOPING STUDY: TOWARDS A 50% ELECTRIFICATION RATE IN NAMIBIA.”

The purpose of this service contract will be to provide a high-level Scoping Study which is to present a systematic and realistic approach to accelerated electrification in Namibia.

Tenders are to be completed and submitted in accordance with the conditions set out in the terms of reference documents.
