EXTENSION OF BID SUBMISSIONS CLOSING DATES!!!

Ministry of Mines and Energy hereby announces to the public and to all those companies that purchased the following bid documents that the due date is hereby extended as follows:

1.     All Rural Electrification bids closing date is extended from 28 December 2017 to 01 February  2018, Thursday at 15h00.  This date will also be the opening of these bids.

2.     Bids for (G/ONB/15-02/2017) Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Equipment, Materials and Chemicals for 2017/2018 – 2018/2019 Financial Years and (G/ONB/15-03/2017) Supply and Delivery of Stationery for 2017/2018 – 2018/2019 Financial Years will close on 11 January 2018.  Opening will also be done on the same date at 15h00.

3.     Procurement of Computer Equipment (G/ONB/15-01/2017 ) closing will remain on 28 December 2017 but opening will be done on 11 January 2018 at 15h00.

THE VENUE FOR OPENING OF ALL BIDS WILL BE:  GSN BOARDROOM, MME HEAD OFFICE BUILDING.
