The Small Mines of Uis an association headed by the Ministry of Mines and Energy (SMU), visited the Tatamutsi on 22 September 2015 water project in Uis in Erongo Region.

The visit to Erongo region is intended to inspect and follow-up on the progress of the water project at Tatamutsi.

Water scarcity and lack of access to water by rural communities are among the main obstacles to ensuring the full enjoyment of the right to water.

The project is fully funded by SMU at a cost of N$364,196.87.

The Deputy Minister reminded Thunderstorm Investment cc to stick to the project deadline and complete the project within the approved budget, without any delay.
