Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey

The Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) is currently undertaking a stakeholder satisfaction survey in order to determine the satisfaction level of stakeholders with the Ministry and to identify the gap between stakeholders' expectations and service delivery by the Ministry. This will also enable the Ministry to better understand the needs of its stakeholders.
